Good to Know

  • Check in: 1:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made.)

  • Check out: 11:00 am

  • Cancellations: Due to our limited capacity, 10 days notice is required except special occasions ( ie holidays and the churches General Assembly) at those times it is 14 day notice)

  • We will actively work to rebook the cancelled room, however if we are not able to book the room at that time you will not receive a refund.

  • If you are booking for a private event (ie. a rehearsal dinner or a family reunion gathering) there is a separate fee and an agreement policy to fill out. Give us a call to discuss your options.

  • Rates are quoted for double occupancy and vary by season and holidays.

  • A cleaning fee of 20 dollars per room will be charged for one night stays.

  • Coffee available in the kitchen from 6:30-10:00 am

  • Everyone gathers for a sit down breakfast served each morning at 8:00 am in the dining room.

  • The common areas are: living room, dining room and solarium on the first floor and a lovely sitting room (with a refrigerator) on the third floor . These are available for the duration of your stay,

  • There is a new fire pit area on our side yard weather permitting, and of course the pool area in mid-May- September.

  • Children are welcome.

  • No smoking anywhere on the premises.

  • No firearms or weapons

  • We apologize that we are not pet friendly

  • Out of consideration for others quiet time in the house and on the property begins at 10 pm.

  • In the summer the pool patio is available for evening visiting among our guests.

  •  The pool is open only to our paying guests.

  • All children (18 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Adult supervision is required

  • There is no lifeguard on duty

  • No swimming after 10 pm. 

  • Patrons agree to assume full responsibility and liability for the activities of their families and guests on our property during their stay.

  • Clean towels upon request.
